We at The Golf Shop of St Andrews aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Customers will receive completion of process confirmation and tracking details from Royal Mail. Please note, orders placed on Fridays after 12pm – Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest. 

All our orders are packaged using recycled and bio-degradable packaging to look after our beautiful planet.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • UK Tracked 24hrs next day delivery  £7.00
  • Republic of Ireland, Europe* and rest of the world* 10-14 days £20.00

UK packages up to and including 2KG are sent Tracked 24 Royal Mail with next day delivery.

Republic of Ireland & Europe and Rest of the world parcels are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For Service.

Parcels going to Australia, Canada and South Africa are covered by the International Tracked For Service.

Parcels outside the UK, are usually received by the customer within 10 – 14 days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any parcels inspected by Customs in the destination country, may have duties and taxes applied. The recipient is legally obliged to make payment and is outwith our control. 

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, The Golf Shop of St Andrews Ltd cannot intercept the shipping process or be responsible for actions taken by the couriers or Customs.

Terms & Conditions for Bulk Orders – Over 2KG

Orders carrying multiple or oversized items may weigh over 2KG. If this occurs, extra postage costs will incur using the DHL EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE. Customers will be invoiced at the earliest opportunity for payment, prior to shipment. We give our full attention to obtaining the best possible price with a guaranteed service for all our customers. Should you wish for a postage cost prior to purchase, please contact us and we will respond within 24hrs with our utmost service. Any parcels inspected by Customs in the destination country, may have duties and taxes applied. The recipient is legally obliged to make payment and is out with our control. 

Exchanges

Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges otherwise they will not be considered and refused.

Free exchanges in store. Items must be in a resaleable condition, in original packaging, with all labels attached, unworn/unused, returned and accepted within 28 days of purchase. Items returned without original packaging, with all labels attached, and with obvious use of wear or odour, will not not be considered and refused.

Items purchased online must be in resaleable condition, in original packaging, with all labels attached, unworn/unused, returned and accepted within 28 days of purchase. Items returned without original packaging, with all labels attached, and with obvious use of wear or odour, will not be considered and refused.

In the unlikely event of damaged items being received, proof of purchase and evidence must be issued within 28 days of purchase to warrant a case for exchange. Any items received after the 28 days warranty will not be considered. Please note – this does not include items damaged in transit which is out with company control.

Shipping and Administration Fees will apply in the case of an exchange.

All exchange duties and tax costs are covered by the customer. On receipt of the returned item within 28 days of purchase, a PayPal invoice will be issued in order for the exchange to be shipped.  Once original items and shipping payments are received, the exchange item will be shipped. Any items out with the 28 day regulation will politely not be considered.

Refunds

Refunds are at the discretion of the Company Director only. Items must be in original packaging, unworn/unused without odour or evidence of having been worn, returned and accepted within 28 days of purchase. In the unlikely event of damaged items, proof of purchase and evidence must be issued within 28 days of purchase to warrant consideration for refund. Any items received after the 28 days warranty will not be considered and are illegible for refund.

Administration Fees will apply in the case of a refund. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Refunds are not available for orders which have experienced delayed delivery after shipping, nor an unwanted gift, prize or Gift Voucher.

Gift Vouchers

Redeemable 6 months from purchase date.
