We track every single order until it is delivered. If, in the unlikely event an order is not delivered within its designated due date, we will act accordingly by the regulations of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We completely understand any frustration caused by delays and are here to answer all queries, so please CONTACT US for advice.


We at The Golf Shop of St Andrews aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Customers will receive confirmation and be notified of any delays. Please note, orders placed on Fridays after 12pm – Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest. 

Tracking details are available upon request.

Should something arise, we will personally contact you via phone or email.

Below are our delivery costs.

  • UK 1st Class Signed For Delivery 3-5 days £7.50

  • Republic of Ireland & Europe* 3-5 days £21.00
  • Rest of the world* 10-14 days £27.00

Republic of Ireland & Europe* and Rest of the world* packages are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For Service**. Orders are usually received by the customer within 10 – 14 days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

**Parcels going to Australia, Canada and South Africa are covered by the International Tracked For Service only. Orders are usually received by the customer within 10 – 14 days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

UK packages up to and including 2KG are sent First Class Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt. Shipping times within the UK are approximately 1-5 working days. For items over 2KG to any destination, please read Terms & Conditions below.

Terms & Conditions for Bulk Orders – Over 2KG

Orders carrying multiple or oversized items may weigh over 2KG. If this occurs, extra postage costs will incur and you will be invoiced at the earliest opportunity for payment, prior to shipment. Our policy confirms that we cannot refund for resale. We give our full attention to obtaining the best possible price with a guaranteed service for all our customers. Should you wish for a postage cost prior to purchase, please contact us and we will respond within 24hrs with our utmost service.


Proof of purchase required for all exchanges.

Free exchanges in store within 28 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and unworn/unused.

All exchange postage costs are covered by the buyer and an invoice will be issued.  In the unlikely event of damaged items, proof of purchase must be issued within 28 days of purchase to warrant any exchange.

Refunds are exceptions at the discretion of the Proprietor only. Admin Fees will apply in the case of a refund. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
